ABOUT THE VILLAS

Casa Dell’Arte Villas are designed especially for those who are looking for elegance, luxury and traditional high-level facilities. The owner, being an architect, as you can imagine has built these villas with attention to detail offering only the finest quality of hand built materials. The property offers two family villas which we call them the Green / Orange Window Villas. They can sleep a total of 14 + 6 people. These villas can be booked together or separately.

Located in the village of Vanato, offers short trips to the enchanted beaches of the island, escaping from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism but also being within reach when desired. Just 3km from Zakynthos Town; 15-20 minutes from the airport and Tsilivi being the closest tourist resort with a 5-10 minute drive makes this the perfect location for a holiday home. Within a minimum distance of 500m there is a community clinic, pharmacy, mini market, supermarket and restaurants serving traditional Greek cuisine..

The villas are surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and overlook the lush green hills. The garden areas flood with unique colors, seductive aromas and unparalleled vitality of the earth. The villas cultivate lots of local products aiming to captivate and capture your senses. These villa offer you an ideal place to share unforgettable and unique memories of your summer escapes with your loved ones. Green Window Villa – (4+2)

Having a total area of 1000 sq., it can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes two bedrooms, both with double beds, plus a double sofa bed to accommodate two children in the living room area. Large sunny patio doors which exit to the upstairs balcony or downstairs terrace offer a harmonious way to start your day. The kitchen and living room offer an open plan spacious area while the fireplace is a central view point of the house.

Orange Window Villa – (10 + 4)

This Villa being much larger has a total area of 1500 sq. and can accommodate a total capacity of 14 people. It includes 4 bedrooms all with double beds. The master bedroom offers a double bed and a double sofa bed which can sleep 4+2 children. In the living room there is an additional double sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional children. This villa is a great idea for a two big families with kids to share their holidays together. Open plan kitchen / living room with fireplace also available.

About The Wedding

Have you always dreamed of having your wedding in your own private villa but counting your dimes in despair of not being able to afford it? Then look no further as we can make your dreams come true.

The Casa Del’Arte consists of two individual villas that can be booked together or separately. The Orange Window Villa has a private bar and is more equipped to cater for a wedding event. Alternatively, the Green Window Villa can also accommodate weddings but we would need to organize mobile bar service. So we recommend the Orange villa more than the Green for your wedding part of things.

These villas are very popular as they can be booked together but still offer the privacy of having your own space. A total of 20 people can sleep in both villas. Budget friendly to provide you with a high class wedding event but not to break the bank.

Green Window Villa (4 adults + 2 children) and Orange Window Villa (12adults + 2 children)

Both villas are set in your own spacious two storey building making this an affordable possibility. The vast garden areas cater for all-sized wedding groups in the comfort of your own home.

You can also combine your villa reception with having the wedding ceremony at the vintage private grounds of The Mansion which is 5 minute drive.

The Wedding
